Empathy.nLaw Module 5: Integrated practice of mediation
This part is focused on what the parts 3 and 4 are taught to build on and apply it to the concrete situation within the organization where the participants work.
The aim is to learn how they can accompany processes of conflict mediation in their own profession.
Particular attention is paid to assess the transition from one to the other phase of mediation.
At the end of this section, the participant:
Phases noted in the process of conflict resolution.
Guide the process of negotiating as a mediator.
Naming the stages in the process of conflict resolution .
Make an informed decision for the next stage of the process to continue in.
Empathy.nLaw: Deel 5 Geïntegreerde praktijk van conflictbemiddeling Dit onderdeel is er op gericht hetgeen in de onderdelen 3 en 4 is geleerd verder uit te bouwen en toe te passen op de concrete situatie binnen de organisatie waar de deelnemers werken. Doel is deelnemers te leren hoe zij op hun eigen werkterrein processen van conflictbemiddeling kunnen begeleiden. Aandacht wordt met name geschonken aan het kunnen inschatten aan de overgang van de ene in de andere fase van conflictbemiddeling. Aan het eind van dit onderdeel kan de deelnemer: Fasen in het proces van conflictbemiddeling aangeven. Het proces van onderhandelen als bemiddelaar begeleiden. Benoemen welke fasen in het proces van conflictbemiddeling zijn doorlopen. Een weloverwogen beslissing nemen om een volgende fase van het proces in te gaan.
