Empathy.nLaw: Part 1 Communication This is an introduction part, intended for participants who like to reboost there knowledge and skills about communication techniques. It is useful before the conflict resolution processes training starts. This section is mandatory to participants who did not sufficiently trained in their initial training.
At the end of this section, the participant can:
Distinguishing between different interview techniques that are relevant for their profession.
Naming the effects of different techniques of interviewing, listening and asking questions.
Apply relevant skills for his profession or duties.

Empathy.nLaw: Deel 1 Gesprekstechnieken Dit is een introductie deel,
bedoeld voor deelnemers die zich kennis en vaardigheden in communicatieve technieken eigen willen maken alvorens conflictbemiddeling-processen te begeleiden.
Dit onderdeel is relevant voor deelnemers die in hun oorspronkelijke opleiding niet of in onvoldoende mate zijn toegerust met deze kennis en vaardigheden.
Aan het eind van dit deel kan de deelnemer: Onderscheid maken tussen verschillende gesprekstechnieken die voor zijn beroep of functie relevant zijn. Benoemen wat de effecten zijn van verschillende technieken van gespreksvoering, luisteren en vragen stellen. Voor zijn beroep of functie relevante vaardigheden toepassen.
